ONE PERSON, ONE ACTION, ONE NATION. UNITED AGAINST ELDER ABUSE.

JUNE 15, 2016

Millions of elders are abused, neglected, and exploited each day. In an effort to raise awareness of this global problem, each year on June 15, communities and municipalities around the world plan activities and programs to recognize World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (WEAAD). This unique opportunity to share information and to spread awareness about abuse, neglect, and exploitation in later life is something very close to our hearts at McShane and Brady Law.

WHAT DAMAGES CAN YOU CLAIM WHEN YOU ARE INVOLVED IN A CAR ACCIDENT?

Summer-warm days, cool nights, vacations, and the kids are out of school. We all love summer. But did you know, the period between Memorial Day and Labor Day is known as "The 100 Deadliest Days" for teen drivers? Too much free time, too little driving experience, and distracted driving become a recipe for disaster. Not only for the driver, but also for the passengers and pedestrians on the street.
